Prosecution

Prosecuting criminal cases is the core mission of the Middlesex District Attorney's Office.  The office has the highest number of convictions in Massachusetts. In addition to prosecuting cases in Middlesex District and Superior Courts, prosecution may be handled by specialized units, each with a designated unit chief, assistant district attorneys and victim witness advocates. All of these specialized units have prosecutors who are experienced in their respective areas.
