Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan Hosts Boy Scouts for Lesson on Crime Prevention

Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan and office staff recently welcomed Troop 284 of Acton and other Middlesex County Boy Scouts to the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office to learn about law, crime prevention, and cyber safety.  The program was lead by DA Ryan, Assistant District Attorney Daniel Harren, Concord District Court Supervisor; Melissa Marino, Digital Evidence Investigator; David Despres, Applications Analyst; and Bedford Police Chief Robert Bongiorno.

About 20 scout and their leaders attended the event at the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office in Woburn.  The scouts learned about the role of law in society, neighborhood crime prevention, and how to help someone in need.  As a result, the scouts earned the ime Prevention badge.
