9/28/2015 WOBURN – Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan has announced that Lillian Claudio, 35, of Winthrop, was arraigned in Cambridge District Court today on charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle under the influence causing serious bodily injury, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of a personal injury, leaving the scene of property damage, endangering a child while operating a motor vehicle while under the influence, operating a motor vehicle while carrying a child age 8-12 without a fastened seat belt, and operating a motor vehicle while carrying a child under the age of 8 without a car seat.
- North Reading Man Pleads Guilty To Land Survey Scheme
9/25/2015 WOBURN – Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan and North Reading Police Chief Michael Murphy announced that Martin Finch, 35, of North Reading, pleaded guilty in Woburn District Court on Wednesday to charges of larceny by false pretenses over $250, identity theft, and unlicensed practice of engineering or land surveying.
