    8/30/2016 LOWELL – Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan and Lowell Police Superintendent William Taylor have confirmed that the 3-year-old boy who has been hospitalized since August 20, 2016 following an apparent drowning on Freda Lane in Lowell has died.
  • Findings released in non-fatal officer involved shooting in Chelmsford
    8/30/2016 Statement from Middlesex County District Attorney Marian Ryan:

    “The Middlesex County District Attorney’s Office, the Massachusetts State Police Detectives assigned to the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office, and the Chelmsford Police with assistance from Tyngsborough Police have completed the investigation into the facts and circumstances of the non-fatal shooting of Michael Clark, 27, of Tyngsborough on July 16, 2016.

  • Revere Man Arraigned on Assault Charge
    8/30/2016 MALDEN – Middlesex County District Attorney Marian Ryan has announced that Wilson Brea, 21, of Revere, an Uber driver, was arraigned today in Malden District Court and charged with assault and battery on a person over the age of 60 or disabled person causing injury and larceny over $250.

    8/28/2016 ASHBY – Middlesex County District Attorney Marian Ryan and Ashby Chief of Police Fred Alden have confirmed that at approximately 1:37 p.m.
