    10/20/2016 WOBURN – Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan has announced that Andres Ortiz, 27, of Lowell, pled guilty yesterday in Middlesex Superior Court to one count of burning of a dwelling, two counts of burning of a building, one count of assault and battery causing serious bodily injury, two counts of assault and battery and one count of malicious burning of a motor vehicle.

    10/19/2016 LINCOLN – Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan has announced that Christopher Ackles, 36, of Waltham, was arraigned today in Lahey Clinic in Burlington and charged with negligent operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol causing serious bodily injury, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, second offense, operating a motor vehicle to endanger, resisting arrest, leaving the scene of a personal injury and a marked lanes violation in connection with a crash that occurred in Lincoln on October 18.
